After 10 minutes of um and ah and googling they wouldn't price match my purchase with another store. Trying to find any way to weasel out of THEIR POLICY! Will not be going back.

While I love the range and prices of EB Games in general, my shopping experiences in the Rockhampton shopping faire store have been negative every time lately. From taking 45minutes to serve one customer while three of us were lined up waiting to being outright ignored by staff, I now prefer to do my browsing online and buy from the Yeppoon central store, where I always get great service. If it were a one time thing I could forgive it, but it has happened to me four or five times in a row now and I am not an unpleasant customer so I don't know what their issue is.

The bloke at the counter was able to help me find a suitable replacement controller for my PC, since I had been out of the loop for a while. EB has changed a lot in the past decade, now selling a lot of faff. If you're into trinkets you'll love the selection here.
